1. Information We Collect
When you visit the site or place an order, we collect: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number, payment information (processed by Shopify — we never see full card numbers), browsing data (pages viewed, items added to cart), device & IP info for fraud prevention, and order history.
2. How We Use It
To process and ship your orders; send order confirmations and shipping updates; respond to customer service inquiries; send marketing emails (only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime); detect and prevent fraud; and improve the site.
3. Sharing
We share information only with: Shopify (storefront + checkout platform), Printful / Applique / JetPrint (fulfillment partners — only the info needed to ship your order), Resend / SendGrid (email service, when applicable), shipping carriers, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) using anonymized data. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tech to remember your cart, keep you logged in, measure site performance, and personalize your shopping. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work correctly.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA.
6. Data Retention
Order data is retained for 7 years as required by U.S. tax law. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe. Browsing analytics are anonymized after 14 months.
7. Security
All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Payment data is handled by Shopify and is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store full card numbers or CVV codes.
8. Children's Privacy
The site is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Updates
Privacy policy changes will be posted here. Material changes will be emailed to opt-in customers.
