1. Free U.S. Shipping Over $75
Orders totaling $75 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free anywhere in the United States via standard ground service. VIP members get free shipping on every order.
2. Standard Shipping (Under $75)
Flat-rate $7.95 for U.S. orders under $75. Delivered in 3–7 business days depending on destination.
3. Expedited & Express
Available at checkout. Pricing calculated based on weight and destination.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Rates calculated at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes — these are the customer's responsibility.
5. Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days from Philadelphia, PA. Custom or made-to-order items (USA × Puerto Rico swim trunks, personalized pieces) take 5–7 business days.
6. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Check status anytime at gfacegear.com/track-order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and re-ship if necessary.
8. PO Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may be longer.
