You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn items in their original, unused packaging. Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or pet hair.
Sale items, custom pieces, gift cards, swimwear (for hygiene reasons), and personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
Email us via gfacegear.com/#contact or chat with ROAR (our concierge) for a return authorization. Then ship the item to: Whosdababy LLC, 632 N. 2nd Street, FRNT #1149, Philadelphia, PA 19123. Include your order number inside the package. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or wrong.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Bank/card processing times vary (typically 3–10 days).
We process exchanges as a return + new order. Return the original for refund, then place a new order for the size/color you want — this is faster and avoids stock holds.
If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective, we cover return shipping AND ship your correct item free. Email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
If a package is returned to us because it was refused, undeliverable, or had an incorrect address, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
