By using gfacegear.com, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent) and agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & Pricing
We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, colors, and prices accurate. Colors may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor settings. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Promotional codes (e.g. ROAR10) are subject to expiration and one-use limits unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments / Shop Pay / PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay. Your card is charged when the order is placed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items (including USA × Puerto Rico swim trunks) may take 5–7 days to ship. Delivery times depend on carrier and destination. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
You may return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your return. Final-sale, custom, and personalized items are not returnable. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error. 6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the GfaceGear name, lion crest, designs, photography, copy, and the slogan 'Put on your Gameface and let the World Hear You ROAR' — is the property of GfaceGear / Whosdababy LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content commercially without written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the site to: violate any law; transmit harmful code; harass other users; attempt to access restricted areas; or scrape data for any commercial use without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and products are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those required by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GfaceGear and Whosdababy LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Philadelphia, PA, except for small-claims actions. You waive your right to a class action.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted at gfacegear.com/legal/terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
